Welcome to Dog Guard of The Valley. I’m Mike Surratt, owner of Dog Guard of the Valley based in Staunton, Virginia. I have been a Dog Guard Out of Sight Fencing dealer since 1994 and in the pet-containment business since about 1989.

After working with a dog fence competitor I chose to become a Dog Guard dealer for several reasons: the quality and reliability of Dog Guard systems, which are veterinarian-approved and made exclusively in the U.S.A. and how well my own Labrador Retrievers did on a Dog Guard system!
